Farran designs and manufactures a wide range of millimetre-wave components and sub-systems. Waveguide based components include Gunn oscillators, frequency multipliers, detectors, amplifiers, waveguide mixers, upconverters and downconverters. We also offer a range of custom modules such as phase locked oscillators, frequency sources, radar transceivers and sub-millimetre components. These products cover a frequency range of approximately 18-300 GHz.
