Smiths Interconnect has thanked its valued business partners in Asia for their excellent performances during the fiscal year 2019.
The Distribution Awards 2019 were offered in three categories and went to Wai Tat Electronics Limited for absolute growth, to RFMW Asia PTE Ltd for relative growth and to RNB Korea Ltd for its design-in activity.
This is the third year of Asian awards since the new sales channel strategy was launched in late 2016. It confirms the importance of the distribution channel in the region and the essential diversity of our partners. The three awarded companies have different characteristics and play different roles in their respective area but them all showed a constant engagement and commitment to strengthen our presence in the region.
The ceremonies took place in Shanghai and Singapore offices where our VP Sales Asia, Kenny Quah was proud to welcome and honor our partners.
“It was the first time we awarded RFMW Asia and Wai Tat whilst RNB Korea has received the award for design-in for the second consecutive fiscal year. This confirms the importance of our Gold partners in the design-in activity, a key factor for Smiths Interconnect to support our customers in their project developments” said Kenny, “Through these awards we encourage our partners to continue to collaborate with us as an integral part of our internal sales force”, he concluded.
