High Performance Cable Assemblies

The Lab Flex® family of cables offers high performance flexible cable assemblies with the lowest insertion loss and highest frequency response when compared other cables of the same diameter. They are designed with stainless steel connectors along with the strongest cable to connector termination of all the cables types. A wide range of diameters, protective coverings and electrical options are available.

High Performance Dynamic Cable Assemblies

Our Lab-Flex®  cable assemblies provide similar performance benefits as our High performance line with the added effects of being designed specifically for high flexure applications and extreme durability.

Hand-Formable Cable assemblies

Conformable® or Hand-formable (Braided Jacket) cables, has a tin filled braid with a metal foil underlay and is also available in the same diameters as the Semi-Rigid type:.047”, .085”, .141” & .250”. High frequency RF cable assemblies are available with a wide variety of flexible and semi-rigid cable types with space orbit qualifications and are well-suited for Satellite Payloads (GEO/MEO and LEO constellations), Deep Space Probes, Ground Antenna Networks and Space Robotic Systems.

Semi-Rigid Cable Assemblies

Semi-Rigid space qualified cables are available with a copper or aluminum jacket, available with a selection of different platings and 4 different diameters:(.047”, .085”, .141” & .250”). High frequency RF cable assemblies are available with a wide variety of flexible and semi-rigid cable types with space orbit qualifications and are well-suited for Satellite Payloads (GEO/MEO and LEO constellations), Deep Space Probes, Ground Antenna Networks and Space Robotic Systems.

Hi-Rel Components

We offer a line of fixed attenuators in a high-reliability S-level common platform for space, military, and aerospace designs. The standard parts eliminate the need for costly and time-consuming drawings and specifications meeting the specification and testing requirements of MIL-PRF-55342.

Micro-D Twinax Connectors (MDTX) offer Twinax blindmate assemblies fitted into a low-profile metalized Micro-D style shell, high speed signalling capable of 100 Ohm differential pair matched impedance, maximum space utilization, ultra miniature size and high vibration capability, extremely light weight and modular with true signal integrity.

MIL-DTL-38999 Quadrax/Twinax

MIL-DTL-38999 Quadrax/Twinax connectors feature data rates exceeding 2 Gbps and a bandwidth: up to 3 Ghz. The connectors can be driven via matched impedance differential pair interconnections for board to board high speed data transfer. They are ideal for reliable, high-speed transfer of digital audio / video signals.
