HBB Series high-power, quick-release harsh-environment connectors are available in both single and five pole version. The series has a compact robust RoHS design in a metal shell with polarization, user-friendly push-lock mating, and quick-release unmating mechanisms, sealed IPx7 and IP6K9K when mated, high-reliability Hypertac hyperboloid contacts rated for up to 500A, and 360º shielding.
Transformer Series offers a customer configurable architecture, with just a few piece parts to create several types of connectors as a platform solution. No special tools are needed except crimping tools, resulting in a reduced stock and kitting/logistic management. The series offers a high reliability due to the Tortac® contact and provides up to 500 mating cycles and high current rating up to 300A/500A.
Heavy duty, modular, rectangular HyperMod Series is available with a variety of contacts, special shells for harsh environments and special high creepage/clearance modules. The series conforms to DIN 43652 standards and is NF F61-030 railways approved.
The LSH rack and panel connectors include leading-edge Hypertac® hyperboloid technology. The Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) insulators interconnect technology ensures LSH connectors are easy mating. The LSH Series delivers customers a high life cycle.
Designed to secure signal transmissions in the sensitive area located between coaches of all types of rail vehicles, from high speed trains to metros and trams.
The F series is equipped with modular inserts offering a combination of fibre optics, high speed Ethernet twinax or quadrax, power and standard hyperboloid signal contacts. The connector's ruggedized aluminium shell guarantees an excellent resistance to the high levels of shocks and vibrations on-board rail vehicles. It also meets the requirements of harsh environments in terms of corrosion resistance (500 hours minimum) and sealing (IP66 according to CEI60529).
