Conformable® or Hand-formable (Braided Jacket) cables, has a tin filled braid with a metal foil underlay and is also available in the same diameters as the Semi-Rigid type:.047”, .085”, .141” & .250”. High frequency RF cable assemblies are available with a wide variety of flexible and semi-rigid cable types with space orbit qualifications and are well-suited for Satellite Payloads (GEO/MEO and LEO constellations), Deep Space Probes, Ground Antenna Networks and Space Robotic Systems.

The Lab-Flex® T products are designed to be low loss, high frequency cables that have minimal phase change over temperature and flexure. The phase response near room temperature is virtually flat and cables tested through a much wider temperature range experience only 600ppm delta from -40° C to +85° C. Phase over flexure response is extremely stable as well making this product an ideal choice for any application requiring consistency in the signal timing.
Our Low Loss Semi-Rigid products are designed with solid Aluminum outer jackets for the ability to route cables "on-site" while maintaining the abilities to withstand high levels of radiation doses. The dielectric materials in this product are very low loss and phase stable over temperature variations found in many extreme environments.
