In November 2019 Smiths Interconnect completed the purchase of Reflex Photonics to add core fibre optic capability to its portfolio.
Continuing that journey, we are pleased to inform you that we have now completed the change of the legal name of our company from Reflex Photonics Inc. to Smiths Interconnect Canada Inc.
The legal name change is effective from August 1st, 2021 and will simplify interactions with Smiths Interconnect by facilitating access to the combined products, expertise, and application knowledge of our organization.
We kindly ask you to update your records accordingly and address all future business correspondence to Smiths Interconnect Canada Inc. Please also note all purchase orders should be issued using the new company name.
Other than the company name, all other details and structure of the company, as well as current contracts and other agreements, remain unchanged.
