Smiths Interconnect has recognized its valued business partners for their outstanding performance in 2021. The awards programme acknowledges and celebrates premier distributors whose efforts have contributed to advancing Smiths Interconnect’s business around the globe. Winners were identified for each region - Americas, EMEA and Asia - and were selected as best performing distributors in terms of sales growth compared to the previous year.
Electro Enterprises Inc., a long-term partner for connector products was awarded as Americas Distributor of the Year due to the impressive activity in selling high reliability and high-speed connectors for harsh environments.
The EMEA Award went to Filcon Electronic GmbH, an important German partner for the sale and value-added services of high-speed EMI filter and EMP protected connectors.
In Asia, Smiths Interconnect chose to celebrate two outstanding partners for their work during FY2021: Wai Tat Electronics Ltd, an established partner that showed good growth also due to significant design-in activity throughout the year, was named Distributor of the Year and ACLink Technologies Ltd was designated as Highly Commended Distributor for Business Growth. Wai Tat was particularly commended for its effort in supporting the sale of Diamond RF Resistives® and Thermopad® Temperature Variable Attenuators whilst ACLink’s remarkable effort was recorded for the sale of high reliability circular and modular connectors in the medical and industrial markets.
