In December 2024, the National Development and Reform Commission established the "Low-altitude Economic Development Department". As an emerging strategic industry, the low-altitude economy is gradually becoming a new engine to promote the high-quality development of China's economy, showing great development potential. In order to implement the spirit of the national instructions on the development of the low-altitude economy and accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity, the Shanghai Aeronautical Society and the Guangdong Aeronautical Society plan to jointly hold the 2025 Shenzhen eVTOL Industry Development Conference and Low-altitude Economic Exhibition (2025 Shenzhen eVTOL Exhibition) with the Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Bureau, Pingshan District Government and other units and low-altitude enterprises to jointly promote the steady and long-term development of the low-altitude economy.

 

The 2025 Shenzhen eVTOL Exhibition will be held in Shenzhen, China from September 23 to 25, 2025. In the form of "two-day conference + three-day innovation exhibition", it will discuss the development of low-altitude economy and urban air traffic, airworthiness certification, eVTOL development and operation delivery, large-scale cargo commercial drones, flight control, eVTOL power systems, advanced cockpits and avionics systems, eVTOL structural aerodynamic layout design, lightweight materials and composite materials, safety systems and certification, 5G interconnection, low-altitude intelligent network, etc. Leaders and outstanding representatives from government agencies, civil aviation airworthiness certification centers, civil aviation air traffic control stations, aircraft manufacturers, operators, aviation research institutes, low-altitude travel solution providers, etc. will visit the exhibition site to discuss how eVTOL leads the development of the low-altitude economy.
