Josh joined Smiths in November 2015 as a senior lawyer and moved to Smiths Interconnect in October 2018 as Associate General Counsel. He was appointed General Counsel in December 2023, serving as principal legal advisor to the Smiths Interconnect Senior Leadership Team and leading the legal function across the business. Before joining Smiths, he was a senior lawyer at De Vere Group and prior to that, he worked at international law firm Allen & Overy, where he qualified as a solicitor in 2008.
Josh is also a member of the Smiths Group Legal Leadership Team, a trustee director of the Smiths Industries Pension Scheme and a member of the Governance Committee of the Smiths Group Retirement Savings Plan.
