Overview

Smiths Interconnect's fixed and mobile positioning systems featuring TECOM technology are designed for diverse applications, including range telemetry, flight termination, airborne and ground segment data link, target tracking and jamming, signal intelligence and direction finding.

Positioning systems support sizes from man-portable up to 7-meter installations. Customers can select positioning/control systems as a standalone product, or turn-key solutions using off-the-shelf Smiths reflector and feed assemblies that range from 0.5 - 40 GHz.

The Antenna Control Unit (ACU) can be rack-mounted or installed within some positioners, providing ample processing power and choices for connection with remote computers.
