Wideband Antennas

A vast portfolio of wideband and directional antennas featuring TECOM technology, including log-periodic and horn antennas, ranging from 20 MHz to 40 GHz. For use as standalone antennas or reflector feeds in parabolic antenna systems, they are deployed in broadband surveillance, tracking, and jamming systems. Our vast array of omnidirectional antennas include: conical spirals for broadband surveillance; slant linear bicones for shipboard DF applications; UHF/ VHF stackables for air-to-ground communications; and airborne instrumentation antennas.

Airborne Broadband Omni-Directional Antennas

Smiths Interconnect's high performance omni-directional Type 201564-3 antennas featuring TECOM technology are specifically designed for reduced form factor and highly ruggedized for mission critical airborne applications.

Broadband Dual Polarized Log Periodic Antennas

These antennas featuring TECOM technology set the industry standard with an average gain of 7.5 dBi and are ideally suited for direction finding and surveillance applications. Each antenna has two independent planar, log periodic structures positioned at quadrature on a common axis, each having its own feed system. This series of antennas is available in several different models that cover a spectral range of 20 MHz to 26.5 GHz.

Broadband Linearly Polarized Log Periodic Antennas

These antennas featuring TECOM technology set the industry standard with an average gain of 7.5 dBi and are ideally suited for direction finding and surveillance applications. This series of antennas is available in several different models that cover a spectral range of 20 MHz to 26.5 GHz.

Broadband Omni-Directional Slant Linear Biconical Antennas

This family of broadband, omni-directional biconical antennas featuring TECOM technology is slant linear polarized and therefore responsive to vertical, horizontal, as well as right and left hand circularly polarized signals. These antennas are radome enclosed, foam filled and hermetically sealed. Its unique design allows them to be stacked on top of one another. Performance frequencies range from 0.5 up to 40 GHz depending on the specific configuration.

Planar Cavity-Backed Spiral Antennas

The planar cavity-backed spirals antennas featuring TECOM technology are circularly polarized, either RHCP or LHCP and have excellent repeatability across frequently and amplitude. These antennas are offered in several configuration to meet your specific system needs in the 1.0 - 18.0 GHz spectrum.
